My experience was great from start to finish. I stopped by multiple times to look at bikes and there was absolutely zero pressure from the team. Even when I was getting serious about a bike, Travis, never pushed, answered all my questions and took me through the process. I would happily recommend anyone to buy a bike from here.

I was greeted by several attendees upon arriving in the store. Shout out to Brenden who helped me pick out a helmet, a jacket and some gloves. The store has a great selection of ATVs, UTVs, adventure and street bikes along with the accessories. There is plenty of parking. They also have a repair shop. Some items are a little pricey; thus the 4 star. Their customer service has earned my trust. This will be my go to store.

Wonderful customer service. They made a deal 4k cheaper than my local dealership! Walked me through the service intervals and even gave me a voucher of 50 dollars off of my first service. Highly recommend them, if I ever make another purchase like this it will be here.

Cycle Center is the only place I have ever bought a Honda motorcycle, and I have had 6 of them. They always make a square deal and are pleasant in doing so. Also, Cycle center is the only dealership that services my bike. They are pleasant and thorough which at my age (85) is a big comfort.

They could’ve charged me whatever they wanted because I thought I messed it up. They did not! They were honest and said nothing was wrong with it. It was just leftover fluids that were smoking. I already purchased all my parts and accessories from here, but I would trust them with anything! I went to the manager and personally told him how happy I was with the place. 3 months ago we dreamed up a build w Garrett Wheeler and today he and his entire team delivered on this!!! From the top Brass (Kenny) and 5 other names from finance to parts to service and the snack guy that I need to learn. Just perfect, Garrett went way above and beyond after clocking out helping OCD me figure the perfect placement of my new wheel chock system took us 2 hours after his sales shift. Simply amazing a customer for life for sure!

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our CFMOTO UFORCE 600. Travis our salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful for our purchase. All the other employees from parts, service and the office were very pleasant to deal with. Cycle Center of Denton will be on the top of our list when we purchase again.

CCoD has been a good experience from day 1 of walking in and just sitting on bikes. I went in probably four times to check out different bikes during my research. The staff is very knowledgeable about each manufacturer and not pushy, irritating sales people. I had many, many questions along the way via email and they were promptly answered. In person and by email I mostly dealt with Britt. Very helpful and patient. The purchasing experience was otherwise short and easy. Ken helped me out with starting the purchase process when Britt was out on lunch. Jay in Parts helped get me a second seat and crash bars for it, installed. Service department was concise and thorough at check out. Pro Tip: If you know what you want, get the VIN ahead of your purchase visit and message your bank and then do an insurance quote. It took forever to both wait on hold with my bank to alert them of the purchase and then go through the whole bit of adding the bike and my wife to the insurance (quote had expired). Yes, really. The final paperwork took a little while but no big deal. It was expected as I bought it free and clear-no financing. Pro Tip 2: Just in case someone is buying in front of you, be sure to give yourself about 2-3 hours to complete the process. Again, setting insurance quotes and alerting the bank ahead will save you 45 minutes. Pro Tip 3: Take the MSF course. Do not buy a bike above your skill set. If you think a bike might be too big or too heavy, too tall— it probably is. Do not let morons on social media tell you otherwise. Your safety and skill development comes first. First time riders get really dumb or really brave-really fast. Be smart, be safe.

Awesome deal on a Shoei helmet. Place looks cool too. If I was in the area again, I'd come back and check it out. Plenty of used bikes as well.

Sometimes I feel like salespeople will treat you a little differently when they assume if you are going to buy or not, but I never got that feeling from him. He treated me genuinely. Best selection of motorcycles in the DFW area that I have seen also. Will probably be back when I decide to pull the trigger on a 125cc.

Bought a new Kawasaki Brute Force 750, the salesman Britt and the finance manager Jake (I think that was his name) played zero games, I despise going to dealerships and really considered not showing up but they did what most dealerships cannot do, I walked in, my unit was ready to deliver, I enjoyed meeting the other departments while I was there, All of this took very little time. This dealership and employees are golden I know where I"ll be going for my next purchase.

Carlos, Josh and Aj are awesome! I have used them for service on my side by sides and dirt bikes. We had a rough go with my side by side because of a parts mix up, but the management stepped up and took great care of me. Not all transactions happen seamlessly and I understand that but how they handled it is what counts. I will definitely be returning as a customer.

Went in this morning while looking to kill some time with my 2 year old and he wanted to go to the “dirt bike store”. I have a few bikes but wasn’t in the market, just hoping to take my little one to look at everything. We were greeted by multiple salesmen while walking around, but never felt pressured or like we were an inconvenience at all. Walked out with a $20 toy but they will be my first choice when I decide to get a new bike.
